  Delivery & Return/Cancellation

  1. We take 6-7 days max to deliver your products. Currently, we are shipping all over India.
  2. We only accept returns if there is an issue with the product. We don’t accept return requests if you don’t like the product or the size issue. To avoid these, kindly check the size guide before placing your order.
  3. We also offer reverse pick-up services in some selected pincodes. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on individual clothing items.
  4. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  5. Any items purchased during a MEGA Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns. 

  Refund Policy

  1. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS / BANK TRANSFERS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  2. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.
  3. Reward points or store credits are not refundable and are only redeemable in our store.
  4. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
