Deevyn allows customers to cancel their orders to some extent.
Cancellation: If a customer orders a product as a registered user, he/she can cancel the order online by logging into his/her account on our website. The customer will find the option for canceling an order in the “My Orders” section. Canceling orders online is possible only before the product is shipped. If a customer orders as a guest user, he/she can request to cancel the order by just dropping an e-mail at care@deevyn.com. Customers need to mention the order ID in their requests.
Cancellation of “shipped” orders: Shipped orders can not be canceled from our side. In this case, you can ask the delivery boy to send it back at the time he comes to your place.
Refund: Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of prepaid order cancellation before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipping the product, a refund is processed upon receiving the originally ordered item back from the courier. In this case, the shipping cost for a single side is Rs. 100 shall be deducted. The refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
