1. When Will I Receive My Order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Our average delivery time is 5-7 business days once we ship the products from the warehouse. *Delivery times may vary a bit depending on customer location, any public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Packages are not shipped nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays. 

2. How Do I Track My Order?

After successfully placing the order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partner containing your package’s tracking information and expected delivery date. The delivery can take up to 5-7 business days, once the order gets dispatched from the warehouse.

To track your package, simply use the tracking number received by email provided on the courier company’s official website.

3. I’m Still Waiting For My Order After the Delivery Date.

Within 24 hours of your order’s dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox or spam folder for your tracking number.

Please allow for the estimated delivery time to your location. 99% of the time, delivery will meet or exceed these times.

4. What Happens, If I’m not there when the order arrives?

If you’re not there. Someone you know should be home when your parcel is due for delivery as we may need a signature. However, don’t worry if this isn’t possible as our delivery partner usually tries to deliver more than once.

5. What Is Your Return Policy For Unwanted Items?

We aim to provide an easy return policy to our customers.

We only accept returns if there is an issue with the product. We don’t accept return requests if you don’t like the product or the size issue. To avoid these, kindly check the size guide before placing your order. 

6. What Is Your Return Policy For Faulty / Incorrect Items?

We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We only accept returns if there is an issue with the product. We don’t accept return requests if you don’t like the product or the size issue. To avoid these, kindly check the size guide before placing your order. 

 7. Will Any Charge be Deducted, If I Return The Product?

Unfortunately, a flat 100/- charge will be deducted in case of (an unwanted / change of mind ) product return.

8. How long does it take to receive your refund after the product is returned?

The moment we receive our product back at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated. And, it will take (5-7 business days ) to reflect on your back. 

9. Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel orders before they mark them as dispatched. 

Once the product is dispatched from our store, your orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse to accept the shipment at the time of delivery. However, in such cases, Delivery charges and Import Fee deposits will be deducted.

10. How Do I Know My Size?

Exact measurements for all items are listed in the product descriptions. Sizing can be a little inconsistent from item to item. So please refer to the measurements closely for each item. If you are between sizes, we always recommend going with the larger size you are in unless it is noted on the product listing to size down. 

11. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch, we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we cannot combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please email us at care@deevyn.com for assistance.

12. The product I want to return was bought at a discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

13. Do you deliver everywhere in India?

 Yes, Deevyn delivers all over India. 

14. Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

You can change the delivery address and mobile number before the product has been dispatched. There are partial chances of changes after dispatching the product by informing to care@deevyn.com 

15. What are the various modes of payment

You can pay with various modes available such as- you can pay by UPI, wallet, or card payment, or you can also choose the COD option through which you can pay after receiving your order.

You should buy online because it helps you give a wide range of products with a lot of offers and collections as compared to offline products plus you can order your products by staying at whichever place you are without any problems.

18. Do you take shipping charges?

No, the shipping is free all over India. But we might charge a fee for some COD parcels.

19. Do we ship outside India

At this moment, we are not shipping outside India.
