Exchange/ Refund Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges if there is any damage issues. You need to go to your order history and initiate an exchange within 2 days of receiving the product by letting us know the order number and the reason of your exchange request. We will ask you to submit pictures of the damaged product. We do not schedule pick up for your exchange request. You have to courier us the product to our warehouse address. We will provide you the exact mailing address once you mail us for your exchange request. Once you initiate the exchange, we will send you the new sizes in the next 7 days exactly after getting the products from you. Please bear in mind, that for any order, we will process the exchange request only once. If the size requested by you is not available then you will be given an option to avail Store Credit. At this time we do not accept returns for any other reason.

We do not accept any exchanging requests for coffee mugs, wall arts!

 

REFUND POLICY

We only give refunds on products which are damaged. We would take 7-10 days to refund the money. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment (Or can be changed by rare occasions).

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – PROMOTIONS

We do not accept any returns and exchanges for any orders which are bought with any discount or promotion.
